Our History

TLC Sign was founded in 1994 by Tim Cullen as Tim’s Lighting Company. Lighting repairs brought Tim to the sign industry, and Tim decided to form the TLC Sign division of Tim’s Lighting Company. Tim was joined by his sister Sharon and brother Tom, and one small service truck grew into the fleet of over a dozen service trucks and sales vehicles we have on the roads today. A small shop in Weyauwega expanded to our newly constructed shop in Neenah, and the small family business has grown to over twenty employees, all while maintaining the family values and commitments to quality and service that have helped us earn the trust and loyalty of our customers.
